Access Subform New Record Displays in List but cannot Select Help!!!

Any Access 2000 Master out there?? This is a tough one...

I have a Main form with a Tab Control which contains a Subform
Control.
The Main form is bound to a table and the Subform is bound to a query
on the same table that pulls records for a certain Employee ID. Very
simple right? OK.. let me continue.. One employee can create a New
Record and Save it, then the Subform will show the New Record added on
another employees application but when the second employee (who didnt
create the record) goes to click it in the Subform to make it the
current 'live' record, nothing happens. All the other records that
aren't 'NEW' can be selected but the new record(s) cannot. Can anyone
out there lend me a hand? I have been banging my head on this one for
3 days now... ouch! ;)

Things I have checked are:
Allow Edits (Main and Subform) are: Yes
Allow Deletions (Main and Subform) are: Yes
Allow Additions (Main and Subform) are: Yes
Data Entry (Main and Subform) are: No
