How do you mean "keep a track of...."? You could just create a simple list
in Excel - what exactly are you trying to do?

Hi Gordon,

I am trying to create an access database on all names, addresses, type of
donations and a bunch of other info for both USA and international. This
will be kept ongoing for years. I want to be able to design reports with it
too.
