Access the Merged Document

Hi there,

I have managed to successfully created a Word application control instance
within my own application to manage documents and templates in our database.
When I do a mail merge, however, the newly merged document opens in another
instance of word, outside my application. Is there anyway to access the
merged document so that I can force it open within my own Word control??

You don't provide enough detail for us to understand exactly how your
application is designed, and how it works with Word. Nor do you mention the
version of Word involved in the problem.

However, since Word 2002, Word always opens additional documents in a separate
application window. I imagine that's what is causing the behavior you're
seeing.
