ACCESS the newest version

could someone please tell me if ACCESS is available and
useable on the MAC system 10, or is it just a pc program.

if I purchase Office OSX, does it include ACCESS?

I know this is a simple question, and it might seem dumb,
but I have tried to find this out in so many places to no
avail.

Access does not, never has, nor is likely to ever run on a Mac. That said,
there are emulators have have been reported to work.
