Access the "Publish" column from the PSI

Hi,


I'm trying to update the status of the "Publish" column that is set through
MS Project on a task level. The one that determines whether or not a task
appears on My Tasks.

The only field I've been able to find is the ASSN_IS_PUBLISHED field located
in the Assignment table, however it is set to read only, and as far as I can
tell the field appears to be applied at the task level.

I need to update it based on the status of an enterprise custom field.

eg.

Active -> Publish (Yes)
Held -> Publish (No)
Closed -> Publish (No)

If anyone knows how I can access that field it would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, as far as I know this field is only alterable through the
WinProj object model. It wouldn't be very difficult to write a VBA macro
that will do this for you, though.

Thats unfortunate that it can't be done through the PSI, guess I'll have to
switch to the macro.
