Access Time-Card information routing to M.S. Project "Actual Hours

Hi:
I need to export time-card information from access to microsoft project
tasks. for that i was planning to customize the access form with what needs
to be dumped in the project fields (like Phy. % Complete, actual hours,
dates, labor codes, etc). HOw do i go abt it?
