Access to Beta Website

I have Office 2007, Beta 2 (version 12.0.4017.1006) installed. It was a
clean install; no other version of Office was installed before I installed
the Beta version (I had reformatted the drives). Now when I try to provide
MS with feedback, I cannot connect to the webstie. I click Help-->contact us
and the page that opens is the "Microsoft Office Online Beta Authorization
Error Page". I have followed the advice MS provides on the page and nothing
seems to work. Evidently, the site knows I have the Beta since it detected
it when I clicked on the "My Products" bar on the left. Any ideas on what I
need to do?

If/when you find a feature working/not working as expected in the Office
2007 Beta release, please use the "send a smile" link to notify the Office
Beta team of your concern. Link is at the end of this message.
Include screenshots and comments to explain your concerns. Also, if you
wish, include your contact details if you don't mind being contacted by
Microsoft for follow-up. All "Smileys" are read and tracked by the beta
team to improve Office 2007 for usability and stability.

You can also send positive smileys as well as concerns.

Thanks for the info! I needed the link. After I made the changes, I
rebooted AND added http://r.officebeta.iponet.net to the trusted sites and I
can now access the website. I am not sure which step ultimately solved the
access problem, but something did!
