"Access to Drive D"

J

JWads

When I try to save a word, excel or powerpoint file to CD-Rom Drive D or E, I
keep getting the message "You do not have access to Folder D:\ See your
administrator for access to this folder". I have been able to save other
types of files such as Quicken etc. to the D or E drives but not Office 2000
files.
Help!

Office does not support direct saving to a CD drive.
Saving or opening Office files from removable media is likely to result in
file corruption.
Save to your hard drive and copy to your CD.
