Access to files on CD-ROM

When attempting to open files on the CD-ROM, an error
message appears stating "You do not have access to the
folder "E:\ (2nd Computer). See your administrator for
access to this folder."

The files on the CD can be accessed on my other two
computers. Nothing I've tried has resolved the problem.
Can you help me?
