Access to flow chart output?

Does anyone know of any product that would allow data from Access to be
dumped into a flow chart product (like Viso) which would allow me to read
individual data records in a flow chart format.

Example: Patient treatment summary/history. Instead of producing this
output in a table format or report format, I'd like to have the data
collected in Access and then viewed/printed in a box and arrows flow chart
format; which would, of course, change each time a new patient query was
instigated.

I would appreciate any and all possibilities, no matter how simple or
complex. I'm interested to learn if this is even a possibility.

Visio can import Access data and Access can automate Visio if that's what
you need. Automation help is found in the application that you want to
automate. So for help with automating Visio, look in Visio help. There are
also articles in the MSDN library and perhaps in the kb.
I haven't done this so I can't offer any specific advice.
