Not personally involving me (just they may have my software amongst many),
very large firms ie justifying an IT department (in my experience) make every
attempt to test a Windows upgrade (any upgrade) off-line, beforehand. OK, I've
had calls too where the on-line upgrade messed up, but at least the IT
department made reasonable test efforts.
Unfortunately, in one case (a private firm with >100PC's), they upgraded all
the PC's live with the SAME profile/quick upgrade. So if one PC had the
problem, they all did!
Thanks for pointing out your perfectly correct advice. I think my purpose was
