Access to "My Tasks" Fails

Frank J.

Project Server 2007 w/SP1

I posted this before... with no real solutions. I thought I try again.

I have about 3 users (out of about 100) that have just started experiencing
a problem when they try to accesss "My Tasks" unbder PWA. They have
successfully been using the system for about 6 months with no issues until
this pop up last week.

They are set up as Team Member... They can access PWA without any issue.
But when they click "My Tasks" they get the following error message...

An unexpected error has occurred.

Web Parts Maintenance Page: If you have permission, you can use this page to
temporarily close Web Parts or remove personal settings. For more
information, contact your site administrator.
Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.

I have tried resetting them security rights and also tried accessing PWA
from my PC with their ID.... but get the same message (yet when logging on
with my id there is not issue).

This has been outstanding for over a week and there is a lot of pressure to
resolve.

Thanks for any input

Hi
this problem happen when you set many users at the same task so happen
conflict.
or from permission you set to user or groups when you create groups
from site actions .. site settings..people and groups.
or you make mistake any way you should rebuild the project again.or if
you have backup you should restore.
thanks,
