Access to OLAP cube via Portfolio Analyser

Hi,

The only way I seem to be able to give access to the OLAP cube and thereby
to the Portfolio Analyser views, is to include individual users to the OLAP
Administrators group on the Analysis Services Server. There seems to be no
link between ProjectServer access and OLAP cube access.

I would like to have members of the "Portfolio Managers" and "Executives"
groups in ProjectServer have access to the Portfolio Analyser, and thereby
dynamically update teh access as members are included or excluded from the
groups.

Is this possible or does anybody have ideas of a workaround.

Jesper:

You need to create a cube role and assign users to it. This procedure is
described in the Project Server installation guide under the heading "After
installing Project Server."
