Access to Projects by Resources not on the project

I need to grant resources access to view projects that I have created, but
these resources are not on the project. The only solution seems to be to
add a dummy entry just so they have access. Any other ideas?

By default, Team Members can only see projects in which they have
assignments. If you want them to be able to see every project in the system
in Project Center and detailed Project views, you could add the My
Organization category to the Team Members group. Hope this helps.

Actually,
I just need certain resources (namely other Proj Mgrs) to have access. I
have added My Organization to their access rights but they still don't see
it. I will keep trying. Thanks for the input.
