Access to Resource Calendars

Hi,

I need to give access to one of the PMs to access and modify enterprise
resource information for the resources under him in RBS. For this I have
upated his Category and Global permissions in PWA and the PM is able to
update the resource calendar etc by opening his resources in the enterprise
resource pool. The purpose is to allow the PM to update the resource working
times etc directly to resource's calendar.
Is it the right approach for the goal? Any better ideas would be appreciated.
