When I use the upsizing wizard on an .mdb file I get a
message telling me that access is denied to SQL Server
and that I need to log on to an SQL Server data source. I
am using local as the server (local instance of MSDE) and
a special .mdb file that came with the CD for "Using
Microsoft Office Access 2003" that is supposed to be
upsizable. This happens when I try to go from the 2nd to
the 3rd dialog of the wizard (after I have entered the
SQL server to use (local) and the name for the new SQL
Server database). Do you know what might be causing
access to SQL Server to be denied? The version of SQL
Server I have running is 8.00.760. Thank you, Edward.
