Access to Sqlexpress connection problem in lan enviroment

I have SQLexpress running on an xp box.
I have a access adp application built.
My laptop that runs xp and has access xp on it will connect to the
sqlexpress database using the connection properties.
tcp:192.168.130.103,1500. No issue
Issue:
I have a windows 2000 machine with office xp installed. I take the same adp
access program from above and it will not connect. What is different between
OS xp, w2k and access xp. I get a connection error. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks

You probably don't have the correct SQL Server Client installed on the 2000
machine
Download from ms

So, I need to install sql native client on each w2k machine? Then the

correct.
You could downsize to the SQL Server 2000 driver though, it works for most
things, but is slower

Well that did not work. I still get the same problem. Do you have a
specific link to the sql client that needs to be on a w2k computer?
