access to status report responses

All,

As a project manager, I have setup several status reports on past projects and found the merged model especially useful for digesting my teams' status. Is there a way that I can share the status report responses out to another user, ie my director? So far I (as the creator/requestor of the status report) am on the only one who can view the responses.

Excellent question! Here's how:

1. Display the merged team status report
2. Click the Zoom button
3. In the new zoomed window, click File - Save As...
4. Name the status report and select a network folder in which to save it
5. Select the File Type as "Web page, HTML only"
6. Click the Save button
7. Upload the HTML merged status report document to the Documents library
for the relevant project

or

7. Open the HTML merged status report in Word, then click File - Save As
and save it as a .doc file
8. E-mail the Word file to your boss
