Access VBA Developer Needed

Jenn, when looking for a developer, it is far more important to find one
with experience in your business arena than one who lives close. A short
trip on an airplane will close the proximity gap (if indeed there is one)
but no amount SQL script experience will be able to replace the business
experience of your developer.

regarding Microsoft Access only. Recruiting posts are not welcome in
those newsgroups.

There are ample free newsgroups for job postings and other recruiting
issues. There are also ample commercial venues available.
