Access VBA - Excel MSO Fill Pattern not Recognised?

I am creating a spreadsheet from access data and displaying the spreadsheet
in an Access report.

Everything works well, including changing the Legendkey color, however when
I try to change the Legendkey fill to a MSO Pattern. It always creates an
error. How do I accomplsh this within Access?
