I have created a ms access program and want to open it on more computers.
On that computers access is not installed so I cant open the program.
I am searching for freeware that makes it possible to open microsoft access
files.

hope its clear now.

There is no such thing. Purchase of the Developer's Edition of Office
gives you tools (and license) to distribute a Runtime version of Access
that can be installed on PCs that don't have the retail version installed.
This is so far from freeware that it only becomes a cost savings if you
distribute to at least "several" PCs. Otherwise you're better off just
buying and installing Access itself.

There are other programs that can read data stored in a Microsoft Access
database, but only Access can display the forms and reports. There is a
product available from Microsoft that provides the necessary tools and
licence to distribute a runtime version of Access (Access with the design
features disabled). The name of this product tends to change with each
release of Office. For Office 2003, it is 'Microsoft Office Access 2003
Developer Extensions'. I don't know whether the product for Access 2002
(Microsoft Office XP Developer Edition) is still available. Earlier versions
tend to become difficult to obtain quite soon after a new version is
released.
