Access w/ W2K3 Ent Server Terminal Server

I want to run an runtime Access mdb with a secure mdw on
a W2K3 Ent Terminal Server Cluster. The application was
intially Access 2000 and ran fine on W2K standard
Terminal Server. The application launched via a shortcut
with a user and password for the mdw embedded. I
attempted to move it to a new W2K3 Ent TS cluster. When
I moved it I recieved a error "You do not have the
necessary permissions to use the "program path to mdb"
object....." I attempted to launch it as an Admin but, I
doubled checked permissions and things look OK. I then
upgraded it to an Access 2003 runtime and had the same
error. Finally I upgrade the server to the latest copy
of JET, same error. I don't know may need some special
permissions? Also the database is implemented as a
frontend/backend with ODBC connections to SQL 2000
database. Again everything works fine on the W2K
Standard Terminal Server.

Thanks for any help

Did you copy over the secure mdw, and also modify the shortcut to reflect
the path to the mdw on the new server?

I doubled checked this. The secure mdw is located in the same directory as the program. The shortcut does point to the mdw. I have also modified the shortcut to only pass thru the user name. In this case, the logon screen will popup I then enter the password and select OK. The error occurs after this.
