Access will not start

My computer locked up and I ctrl-alt-del to restart.
Access was open at this point but I was not prompted to
shut it down. Now I get this error whenever I try to use
access.

The file is locked or something and trying to repair it
with the original office CD results in an error also. Any
suggestions on how fix or get around this problem?
