Access Window Control - Access 2000/2002

I want to be able to control the Access window size, not
just the form window size. DoCmd will not work for this.

In my application, when I bring up certain functions, I
want Access to return to the 'Normal' state from Maximized
prior to executing that function. This is due to an
ActiveX program prompt that displays behind the Access
window. This locks up Access during this call. Access is
restricted from allowing window control once the other
application issues the prompt.
