You can only use A2K run-time to run a database developed by someone else.
Also, I believe the database has to be in a2K file format as well (i.e. you
cannot use an A97 database). You canNOT use Access run-time to design /
modify databases.
Sorry, no ideas how to install it or whether it is installed automatically
by O2K SB as I don't use the O2K Small Business version. You need to check
your O2K SB documentation.
However, search you PC for a file MSACCESS.EXE. If you have a database in
A2K file format, try double-click it and see what happens.
