Access Wizard fails

I installed Access 2003 on Windows 2003 Terminal Server Box and for some
reason whenever I open up any wizard in Access the program crashes. I have
registered dll's done office repairs on the .mde files. I have even reloaded
the Box with a brand new OS and still the same problem. I believe it has
something to do with Terminal Server and Access, is there some compatabilty
script I should run?

Any help would be appreciated.
