Access wizards not available

Access 2002, Duplicate and unmatched wizards not available
I ran the setup and selected Access run all and it is
still not available.

Where else is there a setting that would prevent it from
being available.

DId you do the custom install, I believe that's where the options are to
select advanced wizards... ALso don't forget the Visual Basic sections....
