Access XP breaks Office Shortcut Bar

I have a windows 2k pro system with office 2k pro installed. Last week the
IT department updraded Access to Access XP and left Word, Excel & Outlook 2k
pro as it was.

Since then I cant get my Office Shortcut Bar to run. Any known issues on
this?
