Access XP database in Access 2003

Our office has standardized on Office XP Pro, but we need
to buy a couple of new PC's - only available with Office
2003 Pro. The only app we're concerned about is Access:
We use a database developed in XP - can it be used in
Access 2003 without converting to a new format?
