Access XP Help Index gone

Hi,
Having a real problem - created a custom .chm help file to
be able to use with inhouse database .ade file. It works
fine except the index and search tabs will not appear when
the F1 key is pressed to open the contect sensitive .chm
file.

I've gone over the .chm file usign FAR and it appears file
when you open the .chm file directly, but fails to show
the same level of detail / options when opened from within
Access XP.

Anyone with ideas / solutions would be greatly appreciated.

There is another, seperate file for the index that you
need to place in the same directory as the .chm file.

You mean the .hhk file - does it need to be in the same
directory for each of the .chm files I would create?

I figured that this file was compiled into the .chm ??

Yes, in general you should only need to distribute the .chm file and
not any of the source files.

Here are some resources that describe how to connect HTML Help files
to Access applications. Perhaps you'll get some pointers from these.
