Access XP Runtime IPF

I'm developing Access XP .mdb application and I'm keeping
constant IPF errors (with "Send to Microsoft" form) on
2000 pro workstations with Access Runtime. It looks like
for me that errors ocurring randomly. Typical error
message its MsAccess caused error in vbe6.dll or
oleaut32.dll or ntdll.dll . Application uses custom
made .ocx (it may be buggy).

Ofcourse i installed latest MS patches from Office and
Windows Update + MDAC 2.8

What i need?
1. Solutions on any kinds Access IPF (maybe i find proper
to solve my case)
2. Advices to isolate my problem.
