Access XP to read Outlook attachments

I have an Access XP application where users may send xml
files for importing into an Access database. The customer
originally used Eudora which was simple enough to locate
and import. After finally converting to use Outlook, my
import routine needs to change.

Can anyone point me to information explaining how to
locate and import the attachments to incoming Outlook
email? All of the attached files have common names and
an .xml extension so they are easy to identify among any
other email attachments. This particular customer uses a
server for its email, there is no local email file.
