On an Access 2000 DB, how can I show the labels and text boxes on a form
view? It shows some but not all, prob something to do with size of section.
How do I fix it?

ummm... by opening the form in design view and fixing it?

Based on what you've posted I have NO idea what's wrong. Is this form
in Single Form, Continuous, or Datasheet default view? If it's a
datasheet, try doubleclicking the vertical line between two columns
(pick a line where the field to the left has excess whitespace). Or,
abandon datasheet view and set up your own layout of fields on a
Continuous form.

Yes it is in continous view. If I move the labels up within the section it
shows there but does not show where they need to be. Is there any way of
making the section bigger so they will show?

Yes; click with the mouse on the line at the bottom of the section and
drag it to the size you want (the total size of the Form cannot exceed
22".

Another option is to use the View menu option to view the Form Header.
If you cut and paste the labels into the Header, you'll save room
because the labels will only be shown once, rather than on each row of
the form.

I have tried resizing it before and after you suggested it and nothing
changed. Have put them in the header and they did not appear on the form.
Think Ill try the tutorials on Office.

Thanx for yoiur help John

It sounds like you might be designing the form in Continuous view but
displaying it in Datasheet - that suppresses the header and footer.
Good luck!

Its ok, I found out what to do. I should have just dragged the window out
from the corners and it displayed it all.

Thank you for your help anyway
