Access2000 adding photo as OLE Objects

I am using Access2000 & want to put photos in a table, so
i can print them out on a report.
When I insert the photos as an object Access calls it a
package. I created the report to display the photos, but I
just get an icon with the filename.

Is there a way to display the photos correctly?
