Access2000 / Win 2003

Hello,
We have a db-driven customer support web site, written in
ASP using Access97, which we recently upgraded to
Access2000. We now want to move it to a new, better server
running Windows2003 and IIS 6. Can anybody tell me if we
will have compabitibility problems with the new MDAC? Is
it even possible? Will we have to tweak the ASP?

Any comments would be appreciated.
