The problem we have is when we try the report wizard on existing database (we
als tried creating a a new A2007 database) A2007 crashes and creates a backup
once we click the Finish button in the Report Wizard.
When logged in the domain as a user, A2007 will crash when using the report
wizard. When logged in the domain as an admnistrator, A2007 Report Wizard
works.
I have re-installed A2007 and even tried adding the User to both the local
pc Administrator group and local PowerUser group but still crashes A2007 when
using the Report Wizard. However, when I logon the PC as a network
administrator the Report Wizard works just fine. It seems to me that this is
related to some network or PC rights but cannot pinpoint the cause.
Obviously, I do not want to add the user to the domain Adminstrator group.
How can I get a domain user to use the Report wizard without it crashing and
without them being added to the domain administrator group?
Do I need to logon to the PC as the user and install Office 2007?
Thanks.
Abel
