I am using access07, and have created a split form with the data sheet at the
bottom of the form. Right now, if I have the cursor in the desired textbox on
the form, I can click the "Filter Button" on the home section in the access
menu, and it pops up a window that allows me to sort A to Z, Z to A, etc. and
also has a check list of the items in the field that can be filtered out.
This works great, but I want to incorporate that same filter button into my
form so I can create a switchboard application for my employees to use. The
current way works, but I would rather not have to have all of access's menus
and such displayed.
I tried adding a command filter button, but cannot get the outcome that I am
looking for with the wizard. And I a big rookie yet.
Also, can I hide the datasheet at the bottom of my form, as this is
irrevelant to the user.
Thanks for any help! It is appreciated!
