Access97 How to link to Oracle Database

I am using Access 97 SR2 and its ODBC driver to link to an
Oracle 9I database. I am able to get the link and the
table design of the Oracle table but when I try to open
the table in datasheet view, I get "Name#?" in all columns
and rows. Also, when I select to open, it prompts again
for my password.

Any suggestions!!
