Access97 in WIndows 2000

When we attempt to preview a report, open a report in
Design view or run the report, we receive GPF errors...

DDE server window: msaccess.exe - application error
The instruction at "0x77fcc2c0" referenced memory
at "0x00000000". The memory could not be written.

It runs perfectly fine with WINDOWS NT box.We have Cannon
Printers.SOme help on this would be great
