Access97 run-time fails with Access2003 product

Hi,
Our product works with Access97 run-time files.
Later, I installed Access 2003 product.

Now, I could not run my product. Displays some Access
related registry error and terminates.

Could any one please tell me how to resolve this conflict
between Access97 run-time and Access2003 product?

What is the workaround to make them co-exist on a machine?
