Access97 uses 100% of CPU server

When I start msaccess.exe the CPU server increase to 100%
until I use the access program. Have you had the same
problem? Can you help me?

That's just the way it is. However, Access releases cycles to any other
application that asks for them.

It's low priority so it will yield CPU to other apps if required.
It's completely normal.
Don't worry about it.
