Accesses prob

I am having trouble with Explorer.I logged on as the
administrater but when i attempt to change my home page i
get amessage saying system restriction please contact
your adminstrater

This newsgroup is devoted to MS Access, the database product. Your question
would probably better be answered in a newsgroup devoted to Internet
Explorer or your OS version (like Windows XP, etc).
