In Office 2003, some user interface elements and some buttons on the language
bar displays incorrectly in "High Contrast" color scheme.
Typically, it displays black characters on black backgrounds, makes it
impossible for us to see them.
To reproduce these problems, go to "Control Panel" -> Display -> Appearance
-> set "Windows and buttons" to "Windows Classic style" and "Color Scheme" to
"High Contrast Black" -> Hit the "Apply" button and then launch Office 2003.
P.S.
The language bar which I refered is "MS PinYin IME 2003" for Simplified
Chinese Input. The built-in version(3.0) of this IME have no such issue.
