Accessing a value in an embedded Microsoft Excel spreadsheet

Hello,

I have a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet embedded within my Microsoft Word
document. The spreadsheet performs some calculations and I would like to
dynamically display the result of the calculations in the text of my
document. Is this possible? If so, how can I achieve this?

Copy the cell that contains the result of the calculation and then at the
location in the document where you want the result to appear, use Edit>Paste
Special, to paste it as a link by checking the Paste link radio button.
