accessing AD by DOS

Hi,
Well, I have installed windows 2003 64 bit, plus AD and Exchange 2007 is
also configured on the same machine. Now problem comes that an old user who
left the organization has changed the administrative password.
Now i want to know how can i change the password of enterprise admin, if I
am able to boot the domain controller by using NT DOS bootable media
