Accessing calendar from web page

Hi,
I have a web application that needs to be able to create an event in a
public folder calendar on our exchange server.
I have found a way to create a calendar entry on a personal calendar by
creating and sending a .vcs file but what I need to do is to insert the
event into a public folder calendar where a custom form is used for
additional information.

Anybody???

Any good way of reading calendar information so it can be displayed from the
web page?

I would appreciate any help you could give me.
