Accessing Contact Sub-folders

Tony

I have just reinstalled Outlook 2002 after a crash and I
have subdivided my contacts for the different areas of my
business so that 'Contacts' has sub-folders for 'DLVS
Contacts', 'Housing Contacts'. etc etc. However, when I
try to set up a rule and use the contacts in these sub
folders in the 'people or ditribution list' part of the
rule the rules wizard can't see them and nor can I access
these contact folders when sending e-mail, the folders
can't be seen in 'TO'. Any clues?

Have you enabled the subfolders as e-mail address book? (R click >
Properties > Outlook Address Book Tab)

Sure. Any time you haven't installed the Outlook Address Book Service in
your profile.
