Accessing Contacts from MS Access 2000

Hi,

I am new to interfacing with Outlook from MS Access. How
do I link to the Outlook Contacts file and Import/Export
data?

Seems like an Access question to me, but a quick check in Access revealed:
File > Get External Data... Import >
Files of type: Outlook ()
