Accessing converted files on a network share.

I have a user who had a file created in Access 97 which
was located on a network share and all appropriate users
could access the database. This was recently converted to
Access 2000. Since the conversion, only one network user
at a time can access the database - Similar to the old
file-locking instead of record-locking. I have checked
the security on the database, and all have full access.
Any ideas why or what can be done?

Hi Larry,

What is the error message that the second user gets?
A quick check on Tools>>Options>>Advanced, make sure the "Default Open Mode"
is set to Shared.
