Accessing data from the internet page

I use Access XP and every day I must get the data from the
partner internet page.

I don't know how to do that with code? So at the moment I
open the page with MSIE and select only the table within
the page. Then I copy the selection to the Notepad and I
save it to text file. I have no problem with mastering
text file by code and transfering the data in the
appropriar database table.

Does anybody know how to master these data from web pages,
where data are in tables (<table>, <td>, ...) and there
are also a lot of other stuff (graphic, formats, ...)?
Every hint to such code (driver ?) would be welcome, while
I am tired of tossing data by hand!
